We are seeking a Data Migration Consultant with expertise in SAP BODS to support data migration projects for SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations. The ideal candidate should have experience in ETL processes, data mapping, cleansing, and transformation, ensuring successful migration from legacy systems to SAP environments.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on end-to-end data migration projects using SAP BODS as the ETL tool.Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to understand data requirements and define migration strategies.Develop and optimize BODS jobs, workflows, and dataflows for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from legacy systems to SAP.Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure data quality.Perform data mapping and transformation based on business rules and SAP requirements.Utilize LTMC, BAPIs, and IDOCs for data loads into SAP.Support mock loads, test cycles, cutover activities, and reconciliation efforts.Troubleshoot ETL and data issues to ensure smooth migration executionPrepare technical documentation related to migration strategy, processes, and troubleshootingProficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.Good problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve data quality issues.Good communication skills to work with stakeholders and technical teams.
